Delivery Service
When we receive your order, we will process your order immediately. Once we have confirmed your payment, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped and the tracking number for that order.
We use the service of a third-party shipping company, and we will only provide your name, contact number and address to the shipping company for delivery purposes. If you want to know more about how we handle your personal data, please see the Privacy Policy.
Please note that some items can only be delivered to certain regions/countries. Please read the regions where the item can be delivered before purchasing.

We will ship with SF EXPRESS
1. For orders with a total value of more than HK$400, shipping is free in Hong Kong. If there is a surcharge for residential addresses or remote areas, please pay to SF Express. 2. Shipping charges will be charged for orders with a total value of less than HK$400. If there are additional charges for residential addresses or remote areas, please pay to SF Express. Note that all mailing risks (including delay, damage, loss or accidental theft of the goods caused by mailing) must be borne by the buyer, and the company is not responsible for it; please check the goods immediately after receiving the goods. The style of the goods is wrong and should be rejected, and will be returned to the company by the courier company.
Failed to deliver order
Reasons for undeliverable may include incorrect address, absent recipient, or unclaimed item. When an undeliverable order package is received, we will notify the customer by email/phone and arrange for re-delivery. For re-shipped packages, all shipping charges are to be paid by the guest.
If the order contains pre-ordered products and in-stock items, we will wait until all the products are available and all items will be shipped together. If the customer requests to send the goods first, we will charge another HK$50 shipping fee.
Please note that the above does not include import tax, all import tax shall be borne by the customer, the company will not be responsible for delayed receipt or return of goods due to delayed payment or non-payment of import tax.
